What I’m focused on right now.

This page changes when my focus changes. Inspired by Derek Sivers’ /now page movement.

current focus
At work

Team Lead · Glowlogix

Working on GleamHR — an internal HR SaaS product. Attendance module: market research complete, architecture in progress. Leading 3–4 intern batches alongside product work.

Building

The next community tool

Problem is identified — real, frustrating, affects a specific group of people who currently have no good option. Designing the solution properly before touching the code.

Learning

How businesses are actually built

Not startup Twitter advice. Real patterns: systems, assets, leverage, compounding. Reading, building, observing how entrepreneurs who think long-term make decisions.

Looking for

Remote full-time engineering role

At a company that values ownership and systems thinking. US, UK, international preferred. Not rushing. Waiting for the right fit — not just the next available one.

What I said no to this month:
A project that was technically interesting but had no clear problem owner on the client side. The code would have been fine — the outcome wouldn’t have mattered to anyone. That’s not a project worth taking.
previous updates

Shipped the first version of WP Tools with 5 tools — Hook Finder, WP-config Generator, CPT Generator, CSS Snippets Library, and Schema Generator. Onboarded first intern batch at Glowlogix. Started the research phase for the email deliverability tool that became CheckEmailDelivery.com.

Focused entirely on product scoping and architecture. No shipping — just thinking, research, and SOP writing. Documented the full technical spec for what would become WP Tools. Completed 5 Fiverr projects and cleared the backlog from January.

New year, new systems. Rebuilt my project management workflow from scratch — moved to async-first, documentation-heavy processes. Started outlining a personal brand strategy. Heavy on Fiverr delivery. Identified the WordPress developer tooling gap that inspired WP Tools.
